Good leakage sensor. Connected to Yandex hub without problems. Works on water almost instantly. From the minuses, so that it works normally, it needs a flat surface (for example, a tile or laminate), since to activate it, it is necessary that water closes two metal bolts from the bottom of the sensor between them, and they’re far apart. I, in an old apartment where the pipes, the floor is very uneven and that the sensor would work, you need decent water. And in the kitchen work out perfectly.

I bought others from other brands, but this one has good reliability in the readings in the application.
