Digifolio Returns & Refunds Policy

At Digifolio, we want your PropTech journey to be seamless. While we act as a facilitator connecting you with diverse solutions, vendor policies govern specific return and refund terms. This policy outlines general information and clarifies Digifolio’s role alongside specific guidelines for affiliate products.

Physical Products:

Eligible Returns:

You can initiate a return request for most physical products, but the eligibility period and processing depend on the individual vendor’s policy. We display their return policy information prominently within each product listing on the platform.

Non-Returnable Physical Products:

The same exceptions as listed previously (perishable goods, intimate/sanitary items, hazardous materials, etc.) apply to physical products, regardless of the vendor’s policy.

Affiliate Products:

Returns and refunds for affiliate products follow the policies of the respective affiliate vendors. We provide clear links to their policies within the product listing and during the purchase process.

Digifolio’s Role:

  • We serve as a communication bridge between you and the vendor for return requests.
  • We provide tools and resources to facilitate communication and track return progress within the platform.
  • In exceptional cases, such as unresponsive vendors or platform-related issues, Digifolio may step in to assist with return/refund processes for any product, including affiliate products.

Processing Returns:

  • Initiate return requests directly through the vendor’s designated channel within the Digifolio platform or via their website/customer support as advised in their policy.
  • Detailed instructions and contact information will be provided for your chosen vendor.
  • If you encounter any difficulties, contact our customer support team for assistance.

Refunds:

  • You will receive a full refund for the product itself (excluding any return shipping costs) according to the vendor’s policy timeframe.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.

Additional Information:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns.
  • Our returns and refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
