The energy meter broke down after only 3 days of use

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the purchase of this energy meter. After only three days of use, the device stopped working. The situation is particularly frustrating because I have never had such problems before with energy meters bought from other sellers.

Initially, the counter worked flawlessly, then it turned off completely.

I understand that failures can happen, but I expected a higher quality from a product that was supposed to serve more than a few days. I hope the seller will be able to offer some solution to this situation.

I do not recommend this energy meter until the quality problems are resolved.

Removes normally, nothing but run in the application and the schedule cannot be done, there are no manipulations with the card. Small thresholds cannot move. Low and drives in where before the dust with the leader could not go.
