I am writing to express my frustration with an error in my recent order. I purchased a WiFi thermostat for air conditioning and was assured that a bottom box would be included, as shown in the attached communication.
Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, the bottom box was not included, preventing the proper installation of the thermostat. This is unacceptable, especially since I explicitly asked to ensure all necessary components would be provided.

Good thermostat, put in the whole house. Works adequately, it is easy to connect to the Internet.

Fast shipping the diffuser look very nice easy to connected the app you can schedule every day of the week there is option to increase the fan but I cannot see the difference
But everything work fine I recommend
