The keyboard has multiple defects and limitations. The user manual is illegible, and the app’s functions are very restricted, allowing only ‘family’ users with no option for an administrator. The voice menu is confusing, and because the device relies solely on voice commands, resetting it is impossible without clear instructions. Information about functionality is severely lacking. Although the device has potential, these limitations make it fall short of expectations. I already have another model that is more complete and efficient at the same price. I am requesting a return.”

This item is for replacing the first one I have order. The first one worked only a week. Then the keypad is not responding anymore. I really hope that this one will work
