    The fingerprint lock has proven to be unreliable in my experience. While it works intermittently when entering my fingerprint, it often fails to unlock consistently. A concerning issue is that even in lock mode, lifting the handle upwards always unlocks the door, which defeats the purpose of having a secure locking system. Overall, the lock needs improvement in both functionality and security.

    Great at half the price than other sellers. Works like a charm. Just had to lookup how to pair with app/phone. Once I found Bluetooth code. Would be good to have instructions for connecting to the app included. Shipping was fast!

    ZigBee and Hubitat are the way to go. Small and discrete and they have a fantastic battery life. Simple to install.
