Doesn’t connect to Tuya with the instructions in the manual. I asked for further details and I was told to just look around for videos online. I was then offered a refund but they didn’t proceed with it.

This item is for replacing the first one I have order. The first one worked only a week. Then the keypad is not responding anymore. I really hope that this one will work
