– “Ewelink” is a brutally bad software.
Why?
The software creator deliberately blocked the ability to directly access the device by IP address. In order for this to be used, an “Advanced Plan” subscription must be made.
In this way, software creator makes sense of the use of this hardware, it becomes unnecessary in terms of security.
I do not want the connection to the device to always be through a cloud !!!
I do not want strangers to store information to manage my device !!!
Recommendation:
You definitely do not use devices started and controlled through eWeLink ..
Look at the attached photo from the screen, with the compulsion to make a subscription.
