The attention of installation:
1, Rotate the square bar to the end towards the handle direction.
2, Then back rotate 90° to complete the positioning, this is very very important, otherwise
the lock will keep on unlock status, which means it will don't need any input to unlock.
For example, If you find this problem, that mean you install it wrongly:
Upward lift the handle, and the lock will unlock don't need any input, which means you installed the lock wrongly.

Well packed and excellent product. A little bit sketchy to setup but pretty straight forward for installation. The WiFi option included is amazing, it works really good to unlock the door remotely from the phone wherever you are. For setup check YouTube videos and follow the administrator configuration, the paper with this menu is included in the box, very useful to change language since it comes preset in Chinese. Overall good product but a little difficult to configure.

The fingerprint lock has proven to be unreliable in my experience. While it works intermittently when entering my fingerprint, it often fails to unlock consistently. A concerning issue is that even in lock mode, lifting the handle upwards always unlocks the door, which defeats the purpose of having a secure locking system. Overall, the lock needs improvement in both functionality and security.

I was not completely convinced, I already had one that only before was Bluetooth and it worked super well and the configuration was super simple from the app.
This however is very complicated and is configured from the same keyboard of the lock which makes it less secure and in the app you cannot configure anything, it only allows you to open it remotely and generate dynamic codes.
Outside of those details that are factory, the product meets the characteristics you mention.
